    Foundation certification required for all MikroTik paths.

    Score 75%+ on one advanced exam

    Any certification beyond MTCNA, at Tier 2 (75%+).

    Apply to MikroTik

    Submit directly to MikroTik Latvia. Selection at MikroTik's discretion.

  4. 04

    Complete Train-the-Trainer

    Trainer development program in Riga, Latvia.

  5. 05

    Receive trainer certification

    MikroTik retains full discretion on certification based on demonstrated competence.

Train-the-Trainer Program

  • • Organized by MikroTik, typically in Riga, Latvia.
  • • Candidates prepare and present teaching materials on an assigned topic.
  • • Assessment: presentation skills, test scores, teaching material quality.
  • • Trainer certificates have no expiration date.

How many certifications are required to apply as a MikroTik trainer? +
Minimum 2: a valid MTCNA + 1 advanced certification at Tier 2 (75%+). Additional certifications are an advantage but not required.
Does the Train-the-Trainer program guarantee a trainer certificate? +
No. MikroTik evaluates candidates based on presentation skills, test scores, and teaching material quality. Completion does not guarantee certification.
Does a MikroTik trainer certificate expire? +
